  • I started meeting with Jenn when stress in my professional life was bleeding into my personal life. After many sessions and new skills in my toolbelt, I can definitely say I’m a different person and in a much better place professionally. She is a joy to work with and has been there for me when I needed her the most.

  • As Jenn dove into each Enneagram type, you could see the “AHA” moments on the faces of each attendee. Not only did she focus on our strengths, but also things we could individually improve upon. Jenn was very knowledgeable on the subject, and you felt like you could really open up to her. This was a great experience!

  • I was a pastor for 25 years and all of a sudden found myself leading my own nonprofit ministry that was rapidly growing. I felt significantly out of my depth and needed a guide to help me understand how to pivot and adjust as a leader. Jennifer Nickel was that guide. She has a unique ability to ask the right questions and guide the conversation so that I discover on my own what I need to do instead of her simply telling me what she thinks I should do. She is a wise, insightful and helpful voice whom God used in a unique season of leadership for me. I believe she could help you too.
